Jason Levine

JASON LEVINE

Jason has over twenty years of experience in interactive design with a background in brand strategy, user research, heuristics analysis, and interface design. His portfolio of work includes Microsoft, T-Mobile, Premera Blue Cross, ABC Television, All Recipes, Trulia, Washington State’s Employment Security Department, Britain’s National Lottery, General Motors and Match.com.

Jason oversees design for AWS Emergent Technologies portfolio with an estimated $3.5B attributable revenue. Teams support Internet of Things and Infrastructure Services including the hybrid Edge and generative AI solutions for automotive & mobility, robotics, consumer products, industrial solutions, smart home devices, smart buildings & cities, digital twins, aerospace, cloud connection services, among others. Before joining Amazon, Jason ran the UX Department at Ramp Group- a leading UX and Dev firm based in Bellevue as their Global Director. Jason previously ran his own studio with six employees for five years before it was acquired by Ramp in 2010.

Jason lived in the UK for three years as a Creative Director for Virgin, managing a team for their consumer, business and wholesale travel websites. Prior to that, he spent several years in Los Angeles with the branding agency Siegel & Gale working with clients ranging from American Express, Countrywide, Experian, Rockwell and CB Richard Ellis. He also worked in Siegel & Gale’s San Francisco and New York offices founding their information design departments, before moving to London.

Jason has won several industry awards for his designs and attended the School of Arts at California State University Northridge. Jason teaches in the Informatics School as well as the Masters of Communication in Digital Media program for the University of Washington, focusing on Information Architecture and Interactive Design & Strategy.
