Developed a brand architecture in order for other United Online’s business holdings to wrap up to a cohesive brand system. Position was to provide leadership in the architecture, structure, interaction design and branding for all of the five sites managed by Virgin Travelstore, as well as oversight of all off-line advertising. Virgin grew from ranking 28th in travel within the UK to the top 10, as well as tripling sales for 2003. Project entailed producing site maps, user flows, wireframes and client presentations. Role required collaborating with project managers, designers and developers at the agency as well as with the client. Since its launch, traffic has increased over 40%. DESIGN DIRECTOR /, London UK March 2001 to January 2002 Manager for a team of designers, information architects, technical designers and front-end developers for a leading UK person-to-person sports betting site.
